The local fashion ecosystem comes together in Athens for a groundbreaking Co-Creation workshop
On Thursday, June 19, the FABRIX Project invites designers, makers, entrepreneurs, and changemakers from the Athens fashion and textile community to a dynamic Co-Creation Event at Impact Hub Athens. The gathering marks a key step in strengthening urban manufacturing and reimagining the future of circular fashion in the city.
The initiative, under the umbrella of the FABRIX-European-funded program, is organised by SOFFA, Fashion Revolution Greece, the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB), and Impact Hub Athens. It aims to break silos and bring visibility to the vast network of talent, resources, and innovation that exists across Athens' neighborhoods.
As part of the event, the Fabrix Facilitators from Athens and other participants will engage in a 2-hour Interactive Mapping session, where they’ll collaboratively chart the fashion and textile ecosystem of the city, identifying key actors, underused spaces, supply chain relationships, policy gaps, and hidden opportunities.
