Open Call for T&C organisations in Athens and Rotterdam

After the first open call in which we selected facilitators in our pilot cities of Athens and Rotterdam, FABRIX now seeks “organisations” or businesses to become part of the community as our first active participants, platform testers and resource users.

This open call is for organisations active in Textile, Clothing and Fashion manufacturing as well as related sectors in Athens and Rotterdam. 10 organisations in each city will receive €5000 each for their efforts.

For the purpose of this call, we define “organisations” as SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprise), micro-businesses, and independents (e.g., artisans, producer-designers) or related businesses operating in the Textile and Clothing sector, OR in fields that could be complementary to this sector in terms of circular economy and industrial symbiosis (e.g. any manufacturer, producer or service that could benefit from working with the T&C industry in particular with regards to waste re-use).

By submitting an application to the FABRIX Second Call, you compete for the following:

  • Financial support of €5.000 to conduct user testing and contribute ideas about the use of the platform.
  • Contact with and support of local experts from the FABRIX project for your activities and the use of the platform.
  • Opportunity to further your goals, projects, collaboration and facilitation skills.
  • Access to resources with useful learning materials and platform guides.
  • Develop synergies with other members in the network

The FABRIX Second Call is open from 4 September 2025 to 3 November 2025
